Maritimers have long heeded those lines from Shakespeare’s Julius Cæsar. Almost every 15th of March something nasty in the environmental line seems to arrive on our doorstep. This year, at least at this end of the Province, we got off easy. Yesterday and today Mother Nature gave us just a light dusting of snow to trim the trees, all of which vanished by noon. It seemed like a Black and White day… so here you go.
